Ghezal Raouf has always had a passion for good ideas and good food. When she realized the limited selection of flavors in the food cart industry, she blended her rich cultural flavors of the Middle East, gyros, with a traditional American twist, cheesesteaks. One day, she partnered up with her business savvy, family friend, Haroon Mujadidi. In March of 2013, together, they launched to life this innovative and novel infusion of their dynamic culture and cuisine.
